Terms and Conditions

  • A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking; with the balance payable 4 weeks before arrival.
  • Arrival is from 4pm onwards. We try to be as flexible as possible, so should you wish an earlier check-in please let us know.
  • Please vacate your yurt by 10am to allow us time to prepare for our next guests.
  • Should you have to cancel your holiday, we will do our best to re-book the yurt and if successful will refund you the full amount less £75 admin fee to cover our costs. However if we are not able to re-sell the holiday we cannot offer a refund. Please make sure you have holiday insurance to cover you in the unlikely event of this happening.
  • In the event that you are unable to take up all, or part, of your holiday due to cancellation of ferry services then Runach Arainn will provide a pro rata refund of any monies received, except for the initial deposit.
  • If, following unforeseen circumstances, the yurt/s become unavailable after the 50% deposit has been paid, Runach Arainn cannot accept responsibility or liability but the deposit and any further monies paid will be refunded.
  • Runach Arainn are not liable for loss or damage to guests' property, or any injury to themselves or dependents during their stay.
  • Parents must be responsible for their children at all times.
  • Any damage must be replaced or paid for.
  • Unfortunately pets and other animals are not permitted to stay in the yurts.
  • We don't cater for Stag or Hen parties. If you are a large (4 plus) adult only group please contact us (email : runacharainn@gmail.com, tel : 01770 870 515) to discuss your stay prior to booking. For large parties with three or more adults in a yurt, we charge an additional adult fee of £12 per person per night.
  • All yurts and bathroom areas are strictly non-smoking.
  • Please leave the yurts and surrounding areas as you found them and all cooking utensils and other equipment cleaned.
