We've Joined Sustonica

We've had our site and processes validated by Sustonica. They aim to bring sustainability verification to the short-term rental property industry. Unlike other sectors, there is no pre-existing standard for sustainability. Sustainability in the tourism industry is currently linked to standards set by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) - which offers criteria for hotels, tour operators and destinations. This is where Sustonica comes into play. They’ve designed a distinct validation framework specifically tailored for short-term rentals and we are delighted to be an early adopter of these standards.
